Relaxation & Improved Sleep
We all have a natural ability to relax & sleep well. Many things in our busy lives can interfere with this ability. A noisy environment, pain, racing thoughts that won't turn off, or feeling that we need to maintain vigilance, are just some of the factors.. Hypnotherapy can help people improve their relaxtion & sleep dramatically, often in just 1 or 2 sessions.

Quit Smoking
Have you tried to quit smoking, only to find you go back to it? Hypnotherapy can help you quit by identifying the subconscious purpose that smoking holds for you.
It could be something simple, such as a connection to a parent who smoked, or a desire to feel grown up. Once identified, you can choose a more positive behavior that maintains that connection. 4 to 6 sessions.

Weight Loss

Fears & Phobias
Fears and phobias can impact our lives more than non-sufferers understand. Fear of heights, spiders, flying, public speaking, test taking, snakes, and more, are highly responsive to hypnotherapy. Usually only 1 - 2 sessions are needed.

Pain Management & Faster Healing
The big "secret" about hypnotherapy is that it takes advantage of the mind-body connection. Think about blushing when you feel embarrassed or self-conscious. The blush is caused by your thoughts, by the mind, not by anything physical. This illustrates that the mind instructs the body. The mind can also instruct the body to experience less pain, or to heal more quickly after injury or surgery.

About Jill
My journey into hypnotherapy began with a personal search for a solution to phobias. During my training as a hypnotherapist, I experienced a profound transformation—my long-standing fear of heights was resolved in just one session. This powerful, firsthand experience deepened my passion for the field. I trained at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and for over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients overcome challenges and create lasting change through hypnotherapy.
